In 2020 Lead Creative was approached to undertake some brand development and corporate design works for QBank, a Queensland Bank based in Brisbane who customer base are exclusively Government workers from organisations including police, fire, health, public service and justice.

My task was to re-imagine and evolve the QBANK visual brand style to be fresh, bold and relevant…Whilst aligning to a tone that is approachable and empathetic – key to this was reinforcing the position of ‘trusted partner’.

The scope of work covered competitor and peer analysis, national benchmarking, visual audit, brand mark and brand positioning. There was a heavy focus on colour analysis and refinement as well as new font family and pairings, restructured logo and a full refresh of marketing collateral. The work culminated in the provision of a corporate style guide.

Works included: presentations, brochures, document cover, style guide, logo refresh, web banners, pull up banners and posters, signage proposal, business cards, website re-skin, press ads and app icon.
